The Rutland Square Hotel offers excellent conference facilities in an enviable location in the heart of Nottingham. The conference centre is one of the best the city has to offer, with all conference rooms being fully air-conditioned.

There are eight dedicated conference suites catering for meetings and events from 2 to 180 delegates in a variety of layouts. The hotel can provide a range of modern audio-visual equipment and all meeting rooms have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access.

Rutland Suite
The Rutland Suite is a spacious and versatile room, with a maximum capacity of 200 delegates in a theatre-style layout, or an open boardroom layout for 50. It can also be partitioned into two separate suites offering an independent registration area or breakout room. The Rutland Suite has a self-contained bar and dance floor making it ideal for dinner dances and wedding receptions for up to 150 guests.

Castle Suite
Only slightly smaller than the Rutland Suite, the Castle Suite is an excellent venue for all types of meetings. It is also suitable for award dinners, Christmas parties and dinner dances for up to 125 guests. The Suite is completely self-contained with its own private bar and dance floor.

King Charles, Byron & Regent Rooms
These three training rooms are attractive venues for meetings and conferences for up to 45 delegates. On the first, second and third floors respectively, all three rooms have natural daylight and air-conditioning. The Regent Room has the added benefit of the adjoining Atrium which can be used as a syndicate area or refreshment break facility.

Rufford, Lawrence & Cavendish Rooms
The smallest three meeting rooms are suitable for up to 12 delegates in a U-shape layout. These rooms interconnect with the three larger suites above, making them ideal syndicate rooms. The Cavendish Room is also a popular interview room as there is a waiting area outside.
