Our 'Simply Perfect' Package is an inclusive package for 30 guests, and includes:
- Bucks Fizz Reception
- Three course Wedding Breakfast with a glass of wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
- Evening Finger Buffet
- Room hire for both day and evening receptions with private bar facilities
If you wish to invite additional guests, the cost for the full package is £50.00 per person, and £12.00 per person for the evening reception only. The Simply Perfect package is valid for weddings taking place Monday -Sunday between 1st January & 31st December 2009.
We offer three function suites, both beautifully decorated and varying in size to accommodate your special day, whether it is for 20 to 150 guests.
Our 'Woods Balcony' offers an intimate setting suitable for smaller wedding receptions. The stylish balcony areas can accommodate up to 40 guests and is also licensed for civil ceremonies.
Located on the 1st floor, this newly decorated suite can cater for up to 120 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast and up to 150 guests for an evening reception. If required, the Rutland Suite can be partitioned for smaller numbers. The suite is fully air conditioned with its own bar and dance floor including disabled access. The suite is also licensed for civil ceremonies.
Located on the 2nd floor, the Castle Suite can cater for up to 120 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast and up to 150 guests for an evening reception. The room is light and airy, over looking the grounds of Nottingham Castle. It is fully air conditioned with its own bar and dance floor including disabled access. The suite is also licensed for civil ceremonies.
As well as being a sought-after venue for wedding receptions, the hotel is now fully licensed for civil and commitment ceremonies. Offering a choice of four rooms for between 40 and 110 guests.
